You may have noticed that each Thursday night, OFF LIFE tweets the hash tag #QuickDraw. This is no random babble but a weekly illustration challenge in which we set a theme and give artists 90 minutes to draw and post their interpretations.

We started Quick Draw to help network artists, showcase undiscovered talent and most importantly demonstrate the incredible work that comic artists are capable of. That it’s a bit of fun helps too.

Well, the response has been so positive that we have been invited to take over a whole floor of the Design Museum with our first ever live Quick Draw. There will be 10 OFF LIFE artists taking part in rapid-fire drawing rounds - including Dan Berry and Kyle Platts - plus the opportunity for any visitor to take up pens and get involved themselves.

The best pieces will be tweeted out to the world, hung in the exhibition space and even projected on screens across the museum, which will be open for its monthly Design Overtime event. Music and drinks from the bar will also be as standard.
